Yoga at the lakes (ELC 2806)

Join certified yoga instructor, Josie, for a morning of gentle yoga.

The sessions are suitable for everyone and mix traditional yoga postures with body and breath awareness and wonderful flowing movements for the body. Teens from 12 years upwards are welcome to attend these sessions with an adult.

There will be an hour of yoga, followed by a free tea, coffee or cold drink from the cafe. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet Josie outside the centre. The yoga area is a short walk from the centre (and toilets). 

This session will be held outside, so please come dressed appropriately. If the weather is bad, the session will be moved into our Discover Room, which overlooks the bird feeders and lake.
