A wellbeing morning for your mind, body and health.£50 per person and the morning includes the following:
09:30-10:30 Yoga with Clare Turner
10:30 – 11:00 A break with coffee/tea and a delicious acai bowl
11:00 – 12:00 Terrarium making with Chantal Dawson from Grow My Wellbeing
12:00 – 12:30 Meditation with Clare Turner
About the venue and your hosts:
The Swan Tipis are set in the beautiful village of Lawshall, surrounded by greenery and nature. The Swan Tipis have been named best wedding venue 2024.
Clare Turner – Clare has been practicing yoga since her late teens and trained with the East of England Yoga School, gaining her 300 hours qualification. Clare’s home practice is hatha but she also enjoys vinyasa and ashtanga yoga.
The meditation session with Clare will include the use of Tibetan singing bowls. The bowls allow a deep relaxation and calms the mind.*
Chantal Dawson, Grow My Wellbeing – Chantal has a passion for plant, mental health and people and she combines the three by offering nature based, wellbeing workshops.
*Please bring your own yoga mat if possible and a light blanket for relaxation during your session with Clare.
