Come join us for a relaxing outdoor yoga session surrounded by the beauty of the farm and views of the Brindabella mountain ranges. Connect with nature and unwind in the serene surroundings of Lions Youth Haven. Early morning is a beautiful time to be on the property, with the sun rising over the mountains and the birds singing. It's the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll feel right at home. Bring a yoga mat or towel.
The classes will run once a fortnight on Sunday mornings at 8:15am. Cost is $20 including tea/coffee and a snack. Please pay on the day by cash or eftpos.
