Welcome back to Tai Chi and Qigong classes! We started learning a program called Tai Chi for Osteoporosis created by Dr. Paul Lam now.
This program is designed to build strength improve balance and enhance overall health. It can also help slow down the thinning of bones and reduce the risk of falls.
While there are many forms of Tai Chi this program stands out as a special version developed by Dr. Lam—a physician and Tai Chi master—alongside his medical and Tai Chi colleagues.
It is easy to learn safe and highly effective.
When?
