Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga with the incredible Cait Otenti in the tranquil sanctuary gardens if the weather is nice or in our beautiful indoor yoga studio if it's rainy or too hot. Unwind and reconnect to your body with this 60 minute Vinyasa flow class followed by an optional 30 minute tour of the sanctuary where you can meet the rescued animals and learn about our work here at the sanctuary. All levels are welcome!
