Yoga at Sheridan Palms Nursery

Join us for an inspiring, in-person yoga class designed to help you stretch, breathe, and find your flow. Held in the serene and lush surroundings of Sheridan Palms Nursery, this session offers the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with nature.

Our class is tailored to welcome all levels—whether you are a seasoned practitioner or rolling out a yoga mat for the very first time. Our instructor will guide you through a refreshing sequence aimed at releasing tension, improving flexibility, and calming the mind.

• Experience Level: Open to all levels (beginners welcome!).
• What to Bring (Required): Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable athletic clothing, and a bottle of water.
• Location: Sheridan Palms Nursery. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and find your spot among the greenery.

Acompáñanos en una inspiradora clase presencial de yoga diseñada para ayudarte a estirarte, respirar y encontrar tu fluir. Realizada en el entorno sereno y rodeado de naturaleza de Sheridan Palms Nursery, esta sesión ofrece la oportunidad perfecta para desconectar de la rutina diaria y conectar con el entorno natural.

Nuestra clase está adaptada para dar la bienvenida a todos los niveles, tanto si eres un practicante experimentado como si es la primera vez que extiendes un mat de yoga.
