Join Bryana Cook for Yoga at Brewing Co. in Walker, MN! A fresh start to Saturday morning. Cost: $22 - includes a beverage after class (na options available - I love the sauna water and kombucha options!)
Yoga sessions will focus on the amazing combination of breath and movement. We will ease in gently, mix in a bit of feel-good flows, and a nice long relaxing cool-down to savasana. These classes are meant to soothe and satisfy. Beginners welcome!
Arrive as early as 9:45am to settle into class. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
