Held every 1st Wednesday of the month, this class is open to everyone—from beginners to seasoned yogis.Set in the laid-back atmosphere of BrewHound, you’ll flow through grounding and calming sequences designed to stretch and strengthen your body while unwinding your mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or just looking for a gentle practice, this class will leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
