This is not a retreat. We won't be hunkering down for a day of respite from life - quite the opposite - come and immerse yourself in a full day of yoga, yoga and more yoga, that will bring you strongly into your body and the here and now. We begin with 3 hours of vinyasa - a strong practice where we will flow through a traditional vinyasa flow; a core strength vinyasa flow, then 40 minutes of high intensity cardio and strengthening to finish.We will then break for lunch (please bring your own), before coming back for an hour of yin; an hour and a half of silent restorative and finally, a 30 minute yoga nidra to really release and relax.
£30 for the morning/£30 for the afternoon/£50 for both (half days will be offered once minimum numbers are reached for the fully day and if spaces are available)
