Yoga as a Threshold – An Embodied Immersion for Those Feeling the Call

A two-hour immersive experience for those curious about exploring yoga more deeply — including the path of Yoga Teacher Training.

Many people reach a moment in their lives when something begins to shift.
The way they’ve been moving through the world starts to feel different — and they begin to sense there may be something more waiting to be explored.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like to explore yoga in a deeper way — even to the point of considering Yoga Teacher Training — this workshop was created for that moment.

This two-hour immersive experience explores Pratyahara, the yogic practice of gently turning awareness inward. Instead of constantly responding to the noise of the outside world, we allow the senses to soften and attention to move inward.

Through guided practice and deep rest, you’ll move through a gradual arc from outer awareness toward internal stillness.

The experience includes:

• Guided sensory awareness meditation
• Slow, inward-focused movement
• Yin practice supported with Reiki and sound
• Deep rest and Yoga Nidra
• Quiet reflection and optional sharing at the end

This is not an information session about Yoga Teacher Training.

Instead, it’s an opportunity to experience the depth of practice that lives at the heart of it.

For some participants, the evening simply offers rest and clarity.
For others, it becomes the moment they realize they’re ready to explore yoga more deeply — sometimes through the path of Yoga Teacher Training.

Tea will be offered at the end to support a gentle transition back into the external world.
