October 1| 5:00-8:00pm Join Donna for a fun night of yoga + art! What a perfect blend of creativity and mindfulness.
We’ll start by joining Christine, next door at Willow, and creating our very own charcuterie board. The theme will be fall inspired and perfect for serving your favorite snacks on Thanksgiving, game day, or any gathering. Details:
• Measures approx. 30" long by 12" wide
• All supplies and instructions are included
• Make it your own with the large variety of stencils or colors
• You will be responsible for spraying a finish on the board after class to use for serving
Afterwards we will head to The Yoga Loft to close the evening with a relaxing Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing Class.
You will be gently guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath surrounded by a candlelight glow.
In this class:
• Relax and open the body with gently supported yoga poses,
• Notice stress ease and subside
• Achieve states of deep relaxation and healing on a vibrational level during sound healing immersion.
What a beautiful and fun way to shift into the season!
Investment for the evenings experience is $80. Must preregister by September 27th for planning purposes. Registration will be closed after the 27th.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Registration is required for the event.
Please arrive 10 minutes before. We will meet at Willow, next door to The Yoga Loft.
No refunds for cancellations unless the event is cancelled.
