We’re cooking up another delicious pairing event featuring 888 Cheese & Co. and Ahnapee brews! This Brews & Small Plates event features three unique courses and will be on December 14th starting at Noon. Similar to the prior Small Plates events, it will be hosted in our private event room at our Suamico taproom. Enjoy 3 courses of small plates, each course expertly paired with Ahnapee Craft Beer for only $25 per person. Chile Relleno. An authentic chile relleno made with roasted poblano peppers stuffed with cheese.
Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich. Savory & cheesey chopped chicken sandwich.
Boston Cream Puff. Puff pastry filled with pastry cream & topped with chocolate glaze.
