Who is this event for?

This safe space welcomes anyone who wants to reconnect with their creative spark and embrace the joy of spontaneous, experimental and expressive painting and yoga without the pressure to create something perfect. It is suitable for adults, beginners and those who feel unable to paint , draw or yoga

About the Workshop facilitators

Arzu Taylan Ersoz ( Art Teacher&Contemporary artist)

I am an artist, illustrator and arts teacher for more than 20 years. I have developed a personalised supportive education program by integrating the principals and philosophy of mindfulness, breathing, meditation and movements with my talent in painting that helps you focus on your creative-self and helps to reveal the artist inside you.

I also offer self-services, art consultancy, one-to-one online group art lessons, artistic mural paintings in home and work areas, providing artwork to spaces under the Atelier Arzu brand I created.

Radka Narozna ( Yoga Teacher)

Hello, my name is Radka. I am an accredited yoga teacher who has been practicing for two decades.

Inspired by the pain of feeling disconnected from myself for most of my life,

I am very passionate about sharing teachings of yoga to help others to connect to their authentic selves so they can live more empowering lives.

I guide students through yoga practices that bring grounding, awareness, love and joy.

My kind, empathic caring nature makes students feel seen and looked after in every class.

My classes are dynamic and nurturing but I always demonstrate flexibility based on individual needs and the energy in the room.

Terms and conditions

• wear comfortable clothes for yoga, as the yoga session will be in the park, do not forget to take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from the weather (sun cream, raincoat, hat, etc.)make sure you have a water bottle with you. We don't want you to get dehydrated
• We recommend that you take precautions to protect your clothes from paint for the art work that will take place in the workshop.
• In case of rainy weather, breathing exercises will be done in the workshop. In case of severe weather conditions, the Yoga session may be postponed to a later date.
• The first meeting will take place in front of the Welcome to Canbury Gardens sign. You can see the photo of the meeting point below. From there we will move to the area where we will do yoga together. please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the event time. Otherwise waiting for someone will disrupt the programme.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given until 24 hours before the event.

Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.

You can transfer your place to someone else with prior notice.
