F45 Kingston x Hunter McIntyre

Hunter will be hosting a workshop at F45 Kingston, consisting of:

• 2 hour seminar focussing on training techniques and strategies
• 1 hour performance training led by Hunter
• 1 hour Q&A session, to get personalised advice and recommendations from Hunter

F45 Kingston is easy to get to by train (closest station is actually Norbiton) and by car (we have parking behind the studio and free on street parking in the area).

We have toilets, showers and water in the studio. There are no nearby options for food & drink so best to bring whatever snacks and drinks you need with you.

This is the only London venue on Hunter’s UK gym tour that’s open to anyone!

Early bird tickets are available for £100 (plus booking fee) until the end of June, then the full price is £120 per ticket.
