Mothers Day Weekend edition of Wine & Yoga! đˇđ§ââď¸Join us on May 9th for a special yoga experience at our favorite local wine pub, Vino Lab.
This all levels practice will help you stretch, breathe and reset.
Weâll move mindfully, linger in nourishing stretches, and create space for connection and ease.
After class, stay and enjoy a glass of wine and an aperitivo of fresh pasta from Cucina Lab.
Come with a friend, your mom, your son or daughter or treat yourself to a little solo self-care. Everyone is welcome!
