You are invited to spend the day replenishing your being in nature at the Hampstead Ponds.

A beautifully nourishing day spent in pretty meadows, connecting and replenishing ourselves.

The perfect way to feel rejuvenated, learn new practices and meet fellow siblings on this path.

10 am Meet on Hampstead Heath, greet, sharing circle.

11 am Wild swimming in the ponds

12.30 pm Yoga

1.30 pm Delicious, Bring & Share , Vegan Lunch

2.30 pm Breathwork

3.30 pm Closing Circle

4pm Departures
