Join me for a 90 minute Yoga & Wellness Circle held the first Saturday of every month.

• Gentle Yoga Flow
• Herbal Tea
• Guided Journalling & Meditation
• Sharing of what you're focusing on for that month (optional- also perfectly ok to just listen!)
  Set yourself up for the month with a session of mindfulness, relaxation and self-care. This in-person event is designed to help you connect with your body and mind as well as a wider community. Sometimes connection with others is what helps us connect with ourselves.
  Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, our circle welcomes everyone looking to nurture their well-being, the yoga portion will be gentle. Come and unwind with us in a peaceful and supportive environment. See you there!
