Experience the healing space of rest during a restorative yoga session followed by sound Immersion using sound bowls and drum with Makiyah from Embrace Wellness. Complete your experience with time to connect with yourself and others through semi-guided connection activities with tea and snacks. This will be a very luxurious experience full of self care and abundance!
Wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Also bring a blanket or extra yoga props if you'd like.
