About this Event

This week's guest instructor is Makiyah from Embrace Wellness! Bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit by immersing yourself in a moment of peace and serenity. Attendees will receive a guided meditation followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drum.

This event will take place at The New Ulm Wellness Collective.
