Immerse yourself in a tropical oasis, surrounded by the healing splendor of nature, while indulging in a Yoga Flow session accompanied by a blend of global melodies on the Veranda of the Bonnet House Museum.

During this class, yoga poses will seamlessly blend with breathing exercises in a flow of peaceful, and rejuvenating harmony.

Explore different variations of poses as they are presented, perfect for adventurous yogis seeking to push their boundaries and revel in a lively and invigorating flow session. As well as the freedom to leave out any movements or poses.

Be gently ushered into meditation and surrender to a restful embrace, enveloped by a harmonious spectrum of frequencies, and ethereal tones that lead the listener into a realm of profound healing, relaxation, and tranquil inner peace with a crystal bowl sound healing bath.

CLASS STARTS 9:00 AM: Please arrive 15 minutes before class time. The class duration is 90 minutes.
