Join us for this half-day retreat, with gentle, nurturing yoga, a powerful chakra-cleansing meditation, and a soul-stirring sound bath.Retreat Highlights:

Rose will guide you through a gentle yoga practice, full of slow and stretchy movements, to get you ready for the sumptuous and deeply nourishing sound bath. This practice will allow you to connect deeply to your breath and body. Enjoy the slow flow and allow it to relax and regulate your nervous system. The Yoga practice will be beginner friendly and variations will be available. Please let Rose know if you have any ailments beforehand.
We will take a short break after the yoga session for a soothing cup of herbal tea, followed by a powerful guided meditation, created specially for this retreat. You will be expertly guided by Nikki, as we breathe through the chakras, using ancient yogic breathing techniques to cleanse and clear the chakra points. You are likely to feel very relaxed and in tune with your body and soul at the conclusion of this meditation.
Whilst you are still basking in the feelings of relaxation and connection with the self, Nikki will lead us through a deeply relaxing sound bath. Nikki will use instruments such as gongs, chimes, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and the drum, to trigger the relaxation response in the body. During the session, you may experience a feeling of floating, you may have visions or see colours, but most people feel a sense of deep relaxation. The sound waves generated during the sound bath are so powerful that they even reach the body on a cellular level, which may trigger the healing response in the body. The sound vibrations may also shift stuck energies and trauma.
We will conclude the session by the sharing of experiences from the retreat, but there’s no pressure to share - only if you want to! Nikki and Rose will be on hand for any questions and full aftercare is offered, should anything come up for you in the days following the retreat.
