Drawing from her background in both music and the healing arts, she creates a rich soundscape using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, handpan, flute, drums, chimes, live vocals, and more.
Come as you are, get cozy, and give yourself an evening to slow down, reconnect, and simply receive. No yoga experience is needed.
$45 class fee is required with registration.
