What is Energizing Flow?

Energizing Flow is a Vinyasa-style yoga class. Using fast-paced smooth transitions and dynamic poses to work up a sweat you'll leave this class feeling energized, flexible, and strong!

This class emphasizes the importance of linking breath & movement to deepen and lengthen through poses with ease and mindfulness, as well as good posture and alignment. Options are given to increase or decrease sensation & intensity.

This is an intermediate-beginner-friendly class intended to challenge you. Regularly attending may increase your balance, posture, and flexibility as well as your core, hip, and upper back strength. We encourage all students to participate at their own pace.
