Join us for FLUID- a transformative MOVING session where we will combine the therapeutic benefits of walking, the healing benefits of nature & music, somasensory exercises to release tension/emotion/trauma, and the healing power of DANCE for self expression and build confidence! This immersive experience will take place on the crystal cove walking paths. We will be walking and taking breaks for somatic exercises and to dance along the way. No experience necessary.
