Starting with a gentle slow yoga flow followed by an introduction to reiki energy healing, the retreat will conclude with a guided meditation including hands-on reiki.

Connect with your mind, body, and spirit as you unwind and recharge in a serene setting.

This event is the perfect opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore balance.

All equipment is included, and is suitable for those new to yoga, as well as those more experienced.
