As we approach the end of 2024, I invite you to take a break, reflect and celebrate the moments of this year.
Take a step back and look at the outer and inner landscapes from a different perspective. This will support you in creating meaning, revise your life vision and set the next steps in your journey towards balance and joy.
Join me in this event to practice yoga and review your life events that took place in 2024.
We will start with a yoga practice to create a state of calm and centeredness. The yoga practice will be followed by a nice cup of tea, and snacks. Then, you will be guided into a self reflection about 2024 events.
