Yoga & Reconnecting (Reconnect Series)

My vision for Series 1 is to create a safe, welcoming space where girls can practice yoga together, (re)connect over tea and snacks, and simply slow down. Yoga today often feels like an expensive, exclusive trend - but yoga is for everyone. You don't need a matching set, a fancy water bottle, or a pricey membership.

I want to share my wellbeing favourites with you: gentle breathing techniques, slow mindful movements, nourishing snacks, and of course, a like-minded community of girls. This series is open to all levels, whether you've been practicing yoga for over ten years or you're stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Not only will you get access to the Series 1 community and receive some heartfelt, soulful goodies, but a few of my dearest friends will also join to share their passions: from artsy creations to tea ceremonies and more.
