Looking to nourish yourself with Love this Valentine’s season?!Join E-RYT Leslie Smith and poetry facilitator Gemma Campanini for a combined Yoga and Poetry workshop series focused on the cultivation of Love. All experience levels in both yoga and poetry are welcome.
Our January 30th session explores Love for the Self, while our February 6th session explores Love for Others. Both sessions will combine a gentle guided yoga practice with guided free-verse poetry writing to help open and then express the heart. Leave with a rejuvenated body and the power to cultivate and express your voice through poetry. You may even choose to write a poem for your Beloved to share with them on Valentine's Day!
Warm herbal tea will be served. Notebooks and pencils are provided. Enroll in one or both workshops today!
