Looking for a fun and energizing way to start your weekend? Join me for an event that combines the best of both worlds: a relaxing yoga session and the fast-paced excitement of table tennis!

We'll kick off with a 40-minute yoga flow led by me—Nesli, a yoga and sound bath facilitator, and mindset coach. I'll guide you through a sequence designed to increase flexibility, enhance strength, and get you fully energized for some table tennis action. After yoga, we’ll dive into 40 minutes of friendly ping pong matches, with tips and coaching from a PingPod pro to help you level up your game.

Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, a ping pong lover, or simply someone looking to try something new, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. It's the ideal way to challenge yourself, connect with others, and have a great time.

What to Bring:

• Please bring your own yoga mat (we’ll have extras available if you need one).
• Comfortable clothing that allows for both yoga and table tennis.
