Yoga & Modern Kintsugi Session
About this Event
The Workshop
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow before moving into breathwork and meditation — creating space to slow down, reflect and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll move into the Kintsugi experience, working with broken ceramics and exploring the philosophy of finding beauty, meaning and new possibility in what has been broken.
A space for movement, creativity, reflection and connection — with no pressure to be perfect.
What's included:
Yoga Mats / Blocks / Blankets
Light snacks & Herbal Teas
2 x ceramic dishs
All materials to mend using Kintsugi Technique incl Gold Powder
Take Home guide on Kintsugi
