Looking to ease back into September with a couple of hours of you time, some gentle yoga, some mindfulness and of course, some cake?!We invite you to a calming and restorative morning of yoga, mindfulness, and journaling to honour the upcoming Autumn Equinox - a time of balance, reflection, and gentle transition. Together, we bring our shared passion for wellbeing: one of us as a psychologist, the other as a trained yoga teacher. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice to waken the body and help you arrive fully in the moment, followed by a guided mindfulness-based journaling session to support emotional clarity, inner balance, and intentional reflection. As the seasons shift, this is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and realign with yourself.
