Join us for another eveining of fun and relaxing time. This month we will have Sarah - Nutrition Coach and Lottie - Movement Therapist Lottie is a women’s health specialist. Movement therapy for all walks of life. She’ll be talking about movement as a female at all ages and some of the changes we go through. And how fuelling movement is key.
Sarah will talk about nutrition for women in general and the importance of macronutrients and calorie balance. She’ll also touch on nutrition for women 40+.
Tickets: £13 (hot drink and cake included). Each ticket will be entered into a draw for a small prize at the end of the evening.
