Description:
Join us for a 1-hour guided yoga session designed specifically for busy, desk-based lifestyles. Rooted in traditional Ashtanga yoga principles, these sessions offer a structured yet accessible practice focused on improving posture, building strength, and relieving tension in the neck and shoulders.
Each session includes 45 minutes of intentional movement—learning how to properly engage and release muscles in each pose—followed by 15 minutes of calming breathwork to reduce stress, enhance focus, and support overall well-being.
Perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel better, and bring more balance and clarity into their workday.
Your Practitioner: Jaimee Lee - Baggley
With a yoga teacher certification and over 24 years of personal practice, Jaimee specializes in delivering accessible, workplace-appropriate yoga and mindfulness programs. She teaches the Ashtanga Standing and Primary Series with a strong emphasis on breath, stability, and functional movement, adapting practices through the use of props so participants can safely engage at their own pace. Her work is supported by a consistent daily practice and regular pranayama, contributing to a steady, grounded presence that participants consistently report as calming and confidence-building.
Jaimee is an experienced yoga and mindfulness practitioner with more than two decades of dedicated practice grounded in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Her training reflects a deep commitment to lineage-based learning and includes direct, in-person study with senior teachers Manju Jois and Sathu Jois, as well as ongoing mentorship with authorized instructors Greg Tebb and Andrea Gracia. She has been granted permission from Greg Tebb, apprentice of Manju Jois, to teach this specialized yoga. This foundation informs a teaching approach that is disciplined, precise, and respectful of individual capacity.
Jaimee has experience delivering both group and individualized sessions in professional environments, including corporate wellness programming, on-site classes, and one-to-one therapeutic sessions. Her facilitation style is clear, structured, and responsive to the realities of modern workplaces, supporting mobility, stress recovery, nervous system regulation, and sustained focus.
