You are invited to gather in ceremony as we celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a beautiful threshold into a new cycle.
Date: Sunday, June 21, 2026
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Embodhi Studio, Suite 206, 2nd floor of Paddler’s Cove, Dartmouth, NS
This will be an evening of ceremony, healing, play, sharing, laughter, and joy. Together, we’ll honour the light within and around us, create space for reflection and renewal, and welcome the rising energy of summer.
Facilitated by Lori Taylor and hosted by Amanda Stoddard, this ceremony will weave together elements of:
Yoga
Breathwork
Meditation
Energy healing
Share circle
Laughter, connection, and joy
You are welcome to bring something meaningful, earthy, or symbolic to place on the altar or share with the group.
We are keeping it small and quaint, max 10 participants
