Science of Spirituality would like to invite you to the following program on Saturday, Oct 4, 2025Yoga and Meditation Session
Venue: Science of Spirituality Centre: 175 Advance Blvd, Units 1 & 2, Brampton, ON L6T 4H9
Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
This yoga class is perfect for both novice and advanced practitioners. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of postures to help you develop flexibility, strength, and balance. The class will conclude with a small talk on “Benefits of Meditation” and meditation. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga is practiced without shoes and socks
