Faith and Fitness Class Series

Ladies, it’s time to refuel this fall — body, mind, and spirit. Join Lina, certified personal trainer and founder of True Image Fitness, for a 5-week journey designed to help you strengthen your body while staying rooted in Christ.

Each week, we’ll rotate through three powerful class styles:
💃🏽 Dance Fit – joyful cardio to uplifting Christian music
💪🏽 Faith Fit Bootcamp – high-energy circuits, drills & HIIT with biblical encouragement
🌟 Core Movements(New Class) – strengthen your core & improve mobility while remembering Christ as our foundation ( Bring your own mat)

Expect an atmosphere of encouragement, prayer, and fellowship — where fitness becomes worship, and community makes us stronger together.
