Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra Class with Kate Hamilton-Hunter.A 90 minute mat-based practice of Hatha Yoga, with time to unwind from the day. Our yoga will be slow and steady, with lots of permission for you to find your own position as we melt away the stresses of the day.
This after-work class is designed to help you switch off from the day and bring all parts of you back into balance, starting with settling in to stillness with the breath, moving into gentle stretches for 60 minutes before we set our intention for Yoga Nidra and lie down, back to stillness.
