Come and lie down and get cosy for an evening of Slow Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra with a smattering of Sound Healing, seasonal hot drinks and sweet treats. We will begin with slow and mindful yoga, a mat-based practice with breath awareness and extended holding of postures like lying twists to calm the nervous system.
Candles, Orcale Cards, Meditation and Journaling with reflection on the year past and intention setting for the year to come, it will be quiet and peaceful evening away from the TV and family busyness!
