Brrrr, January is the perfect month to warm up with some restorative yoga and hot cocoa flights. Join us for a relaxing, inviting and toasty practice of restorative yoga with loads of props for your comfort. This practice is done lying down or seated with wonderful long held poses that you can really lean into. It’s a special time for self care and nurturing of your physical and mental body. This class is for all levels.
Afterwards let’s make some toasts to delicious hot cocoa flights. Made with 2% milk, quality chocolate and amazing flavors like peppermint and salted caramel. Don’t forget the whipped cream topping.
