Your child will take part in a yoga adventure story, followed by a relaxation. They will also explore breathing techniques and enjoy a mindfulness craft or activity. Mats are provided. Your child just needs comfy clothes and a water bottle. Parents are free to enjoy some 'me time', and collect their child at the end of class, or stay and watch.
