The Gateway invites you to Yoga & Beer, a free weekly event designed to help you stay grounded during the colder months. Instructor Suzy will guide you through an energizing power flow, complete with optional beer-drinking postures for those who want a playful twist. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome.Enjoy a mindful movement session led by Suzy Resendiz (@suzysculpts) with music by DJ Drew (@djdrewmusic). Beer from Squatters & Wasatch will be available for $7.
