Join us for a Yoga & Art session that blends movement and creativity!We’ll begin with a gentle 45-minute yoga class, where you can unwind and connect with your body through a soft flow. This calming practice will help you find balance, setting the perfect tone for our next activity.
After the yoga session, we’ll transition into 45 minutes of art expression focused on bringing our inner artist out together. We will start with getting creative with our favorite colors then move into the art of origami in simple flower shapes. Origami is a Japanese craft of creating shapes and objects out of paper. The art of Origami is a great mindful and creative activity, so in this workshop we will take time to get creative with some fun objects and shapes together!
About the teacher
Natasha has been studying various practices of art and music therapy as well as practicing yoga for 16 years. She is the Saturday Yoga and Techno Yoga teacher at Absalon. Her teaching style encourages expression, playfulness and community.

The class is taught in English. All levels of yoga or art are welcome.
We have yoga mats available and materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
