About this Event
Yoga and Tea at the Garden with Matt
Reconnect with yourself in a grounding 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga practice surrounded by the calming beauty of the Garden. This ancient movement practice combines fluid postures, breathing exercises, and body awareness to guide you toward a more relaxed and conscious state. Like the flow of yin and yang, both effort and ease help release tension in body and mind.
The tranquil Garden setting is the perfect complement. Step away from the outside world and turn inward in a serene, natural space.
Arrive a little early to wander the grounds and let nature set the tone for your practice. Together, we’ll move through accessible flows, balance effort with ease, and close with a peaceful meditation to reset for the week ahead.
This month, start off your yoga session with our limited bundle—for an additional price, reserve a seat at our 1:00 PM tea ceremony.
Tea is an integral part of Chinese culture. Since ancient times, the simple pleasure of gathering to drink tea has been practiced to promote health and well-being. Savour the delicate fragrances, imagining yourself as an ancient scholar at leisure in their garden home! During this 45-minute session, sample different types of teas, and learn to compare and contrast the aroma, taste, and flavour profiles.
