Join Lauren and Elle at Brigsteer Village Hall for a Sunday morning yoga flow with Elle, some gentle pranayama and meditation followed by a soothing Soundbath. Refreshments provided afterwards so you can come round gently and chat if you wish.We look forward to sharing a lovely morning with you 😊

Parking is available outside the hall and on the opposite side of the road.
We provide mats and props, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We recommend to bring a cushion and blanket to get cosy for the Soundbath.
