Join us when we transform our big hall at Absalon to one big yoga and sound bath studio. We invite you to60 min yoga by our Holistic Yoga Instructor Julia
This session offers an evening yoga, that combines movement with a focus upon the breath. We will flow through a grounding flow that focuses on conscious movement. The class will support the body and mind and invite you to let go of the day and any tensions in order to prepare for laying still during the sound bath. Every level is welcome 🙂
30 min Savasana with live Sound Bath by Mirjam
A Sound Bath is an immersion in sounds and vibrations. It puts your parasympathetic nervous system in clutch, which is ideal for restoring. It allows you to experience a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness. It’s an experience where you are bathed in sound waves.
A Sun Chao gong will be the main actor in this Special, backed up by bells, singing bowls, rain sticks and many other different traditional instruments, that will help you to immerse into a journey of sounds. All you have to do is lay on your mat, get comfy with blankets and cushions, allowing the eyes to be closed as the sounds fill the room and vibrate through you.
As we let the sound wash over the body, we go on a journey together experiencing all kinds of states. Maybe you just fly away dreaming, maybe you get clearer insight, maybe you experience a form of release, or maybe you fall into a state between sleep and being awake – the sound journey will always bring you what you need the most.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Mirjam Hertig: “Since 2019 i’ve been a sound healing practitioner in ceremonies, private sound healings, sound healings for groups, sound healing in combination with Breath-work and the Wim Hof Method. When I play for people, I can offer each one of them their own journey into their own magical world – and this is exactly what I love so much about it. Because it brings one back to their own heart.”
Julia Ehni: „I started teaching as a regular Holistic Yoga Instructor at Absalon in 2022 and like on the first day it’s my favorite space and community to teach. I´m enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness through fresh and fun sequences. I believe in teaching a type of yoga that combines movement with a focus upon the breath, to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. My approach is to make everybody welcome, heard and seen.
We’re looking forward to a peaceful evening together, hopefully leaving you feeling more relaxed and ready for a good night sleep ahead.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow for you to get cosy during the sound bath.
The class is 1 hour and 30 minutes long, please be at the venue at 20.15 so you can set up your mat before we start!
