Start your Sunday with intention and ease. Join us every last Sunday of the month for a soul-nourishing experience that blends gentle movement, deep relaxation, and community connection.Begin with a slow flow yoga session guided by Savanna — perfect for all levels — then melt into the calming frequencies of a live sound bath with Steven. After the session, we’ll share a complimentary shell of kava in a group bulu to ground, connect, and honor the moment together.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you need to be comfortable during the sound bath (blankets, pillows, eye covers welcome).
This monthly ritual is a space to breathe, reset, and return to yourself — in the spirit of Ohana.
