Join us for weekly 1-hour yoga classes every Wednesday and Friday from 9–10am, before the store opens. Classes run through the end of March. Each class is $15 (pay in-store) and taught by Irene Hargraves. MUST RSVP THROUGH TICKET LINK AS CAPACITY IS LIMITED.Irene is an RYT-200 Adaptive Yoga Teacher, certified in 2023, with over 350 hours of Yin-focused teaching experience. She specializes in creating inclusive, calming spaces that support a wide range of students—from cancer patients and individuals with injuries or chronic conditions to martial artists and everyday practitioners. Irene’s teaching style is compassionate, accessible, and grounding, with an emphasis on meeting each student exactly where they are and honoring the body’s unique needs.
