Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop for NHS Staff and Carers� 27th September

Caring for others is one of the hardest—and most important—jobs in the world. But it often means putting your own wellbeing last. This workshop is designed especially for NHS staff, carers, and anyone who spends their energy looking after others, to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
� During this session, you will:
• Understand your body’s movement and how to realign posture.
• Release tension by relaxing muscles and creating space in your nerve pathways.
• Learn how breathwork can activate your parasympathetic system, bringing calm and balance.
• Deeply unwind with the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls and chimes.
At the end, enjoy tea and cake provided by local organisation Launchpad, who are also kindly gifting nutritious meal samples for you to take home. This gathering is your chance to rest, reflect, and share any challenges you face in your work or caring role.
� Whether you are a nurse, a carer, or someone supporting a loved one in their later years—this workshop is for you. No experience required, just a willingness to give yourself the care you deserve.
