Yoga and breath work class

Welcome to Yoga and breath work class at Creative Calm Yoga & Therapies!
Join us for a rejuvenating session that combines the benefits of Hatha Yoga with focused breathing techniques. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is perfect for anyone looking to stretch and unwind. Yoga may help relieve painful Endometriosis symptoms so join us to move gently 💛
Our experienced yoga teacher will guide us through a series of poses and breathing exercises designed to help you find balance and inner peace.

You will need:

• A ticket (limited spaces)
• Blanket
• Yoga socks (or barefoot)
  The studio has enough mats for us but feel free to bring yours along if you wish.

There are stairs up to the studio so please bare this in mind if you have mobility difficulties.
