Motherhood & Milk: April Meet Up with Maggie Elliott

This session will be available both in-person and virtually.

Maggie Elliott will lead a heartfelt discussion on the pressures society places on mums to ‘bounce back’ after birth and how we can reclaim our confidence, honour our bodies, and celebrate the beautiful changes they’ve gone through.

This is a mum-supporting-mums initiative, creating a safe and supportive space for sharing, learning, and growing together. We can’t wait to empower and uplift one another as we navigate this transformative chapter.

We are a group of breastfeeding mums who facilitate this community-led space, built on shared experiences, encouragement, and support. Our mission is simple: to connect breastfeeding mums, create lasting friendships, and make sure no mum feels alone in her journey. Whether you’re just starting out or further along, we hope every mum who joins us finds the reassurance and connection they need.
